2. Essential Oils & Skin Safety

Essential oil products are for external use only unless otherwise stated.

Clients are advised to carry out a patch test prior to use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation or sensitivity occurs.

Products may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have medical conditions, or allergies. If in doubt, clients should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use.

3. Allergies & Ingredients

Ingredient information is provided to the best of the practitioner’s knowledge. It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredients for potential allergens prior to use.

Nut allergy notice: Products containing almond oil are not suitable for individuals with nut allergies.

4. Crystal Products Disclaimer

Crystal and tumble stone products are sold as spiritual or decorative items only. Any associated meanings or properties are based on traditional or spiritual beliefs and are not guaranteed.

Crystals should not be used as a substitute for medical or psychological care.

5. Orders, Dispatch & Delivery

Orders will be processed and dispatched within the stated timeframe at the point of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel passes to the delivery service. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, including essential oil roll-ons.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, customers should make contact within a reasonable timeframe to arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow provided instructions or guidance.

By purchasing, customers acknowledge responsibility for their own use of products.

9. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
